Dear Mr Mandela,
Your life has followed a remarkable path, with so much change brought about peaceably by your kind demeanour.
Once more our country needs you upon a most sensitive matter., jail rape. To be even more concise, rape in the trial awaiting cells.
As a suspect is considered innocent until proven guilty in court, all suspects, immaterial of age, health, colou or creed are held inside the same, overcrouded holding cell.
Our young children are being raped by experienced criminals.
How can we stop this?
Please address this matter as every day a young man is changed into the wife of a criminal. Thus the cycle of crime returns and grows stronger.
If crime is not halted inside the prison, then where does it ever end?
