Rustenburg - Three awaiting-trial prisoners accused of indecently assaulting a 24-year-old inmate in police holding cells appeared in Mmabatho magistrate's court on Wednesday, said North West police. Pretoria - Inbred homophobia and a lack of training were behind insensitive treatment sometimes meted out to male rape victims in jail, the Jali Commission of Inquiry into prison mal-administration heard on Tuesday.
